His job is to catch all the traitors of the society and used to take money from the officials. He believes that while leaving from the house for work if Balayya Master Arjun kisses him he is always successful. Once while travelling he comes across Durga Sridevi who acts as a theif and tries to snatch money from Vikram. But he takes her to his home and tells her to learn all the house hold chores. Once while catching a traitor he comes to know that the officials of the society whom he thought were great people are the real culprits, who are constantly harrasing people. At the same time he comes to know that even Durga is one of the victims of these officials who wants justice and hence she had joined Vikram in disguise. The corrupt officials had also killed Balayya. Vikram wants to take revenge for Balayyas death. Vikram has now joined certain gropus to save the common people and the adivasi people from the coward officials.
